Senior Project Finance Manager – The Senior Project Finance Manager will report to the CFO of AES Distributed Energy and will have responsibility for financial transactions, capital raises, and project and corporate-level financial modeling. The job is located in Boulder, CO and the candidate will be expected to relocate immediately if not currently living in the area. The position will manage analysts who will assist with project fundings and financial modeling. The Manager will work closely with the Business Development team to quickly price opportunities and provide feedback to our development partners. The Senior Project Finance Manager will work with the CFO to develop and build complex financial models incorporating debt, tax equity, and permanent equity financing to evaluate project economics and financing alternatives. The candidate will be expected to help develop relationships with capital providers, originate a full range of financing products and support the CFO in term sheet and financing documentation negotiation. Asset Operations Manager – AES Distributed Energy is seeking an Asset Operations Manager to support its growing portfolio of photovoltaic solar facilities throughout the U.S. Key responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating key performance metrics of the operating projects, managing and coordinating maintenance service providers for preventative and reactive maintenance of the operating projects, and managing stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have a depth of experience in performance management, operation, maintenance, and asset management of commercial/utility-scale PV solar systems. Logistics Manager – AES Distributed Energy is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to support the growing involvement of AES on direct procurement of main equipment to support the development and construction and operation of solar PV and grid-scale battery storage facilities from 2MW to 250MW in size. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating all AES logistics to coordinate the owner supplied equipment for solar and energy storage technologies in close coordination with vendors and AES’ Project Managers and Project Engineers.
